1. The service
DocuFirma lets registered users send documents for advanced electronic signature and obtain the signed document, an evidence certificate and a qualified timestamp.
2. Plans and payments
The Pro plan costs €9/month (VAT included) and includes 10 signatures per billing cycle, which do not roll over. Signature packs are one-off payments and never expire. One signature equals one signer completing an envelope. Reserved signatures are returned if the envelope is declined, canceled or expires.
3. User obligations
You agree to use the service lawfully, not to upload unlawful or malicious content, to inform your signers and to have a legal basis to process their data. You are responsible for the content of your documents.
4. Nature of the signature
DocuFirma provides advanced electronic signatures (Art. 26 eIDAS) and qualified timestamps (Art. 42 eIDAS). It is not a qualified electronic signature and does not replace formal requirements that the law imposes on certain acts.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. You can delete your account in Settings.
6. Liability
The service is provided with due diligence. [COMPANY NAME] is not liable for indirect damages or for the use of signed documents. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their place of residence.
